Returns. Returns must be arranged for within 30 days of receipt. Please direct all return inquiries to returns@keilys.com. Our return address for UPS, Fedex, and DHL is Keilys, 16 Broad St. Unit #3, Washington, NJ 07882. Important for returns using USPS please use P.O. Box 352, Washington NJ 07882. Despite our requests to hold deliveries for when we are at the office, the post office leaves packages outside our front door when we are not here, and several have disappeared, so mail deliveries need to go to the P.O. Box. There is NO restock fee on any shoes ordered if you need to change the size. The customer will be responsible for shipping. If you would like to exchange shoes There are 2 options, you can return them with a note and we will then send out the other pair, or you can order another pair on line, and then return the original pair. We will credit your card as soon as we receive the first pair. Any products that are returned without exchange are subject to a 15% restock fee. Please try your shoes on a carpeted floor. We cannot accept returns for shoes that show evidence of wear on the soles.
