Customs & Duties Charges

We ship our products from US warehouse, and all USA customs duty and taxes are covered in the price. Some Dance Shoes suppliers do not cover USA customs duty charges and ship from Ireland.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout once the delivery address is provided. Our shipping rates vary based on the weight of the items.

You have the option to select your preferred shipping service depending on your desired delivery timeframe. 

  • Express Shipping- 2 Business Days
  • Standard Delivery- 3-5 Business Days

 For most products, we need 1 Business Day to process and ship the item. Please take that into account, especially if choosing Express Delivery. 

Shipping and estimated delivery time always relate to business days. Business Days are Monday - Friday and exclude all Irish Holidays and Good Friday.

Tracking Number

When orders are shipped, tracking details are automatically sent via email.

Returns Policy

We know that a perfect fit is essential if you want to give your best performance, which is why we offer an easy return policy with a 90-day window. As we are based in the US, you won't have to deal with customs or costly overseas shipping. 

We will accept returns of products that have been "tried on," but our Return Policy does not apply to returned products that show signs of distressed use (e.g. markings on the sole of a shoe or makeup/deodorant stains on a garment). Returned products that show signs of distressed use will be returned back to the customer. 

All Items must be in original packaging unworn, unused and have the original tags still attached. Kindly be aware that for hygiene reasons, our wigs, earrings, and tights are not eligible for return.

We will process the refunds within 10 Business Days.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Sent

In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please promptly email us with attached proof of the issue for further instructions.

We will cover the shipping cost, in case you need to return the wrong product to us.


We no longer process exchanges, so please return any incorrect sizes, colors for a refund and order the new product online.
