Our return address is 1 Grove St. Mount Vernon NY 10550. There is NO restock fee on any shoes ordered if you need to change the size. Shoes need to be returned within 30 days.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping, and actual USPS cost to ship exchange. If you would like to exchange shoes There are 2 options, you can return them with a note and we will then send out the other pair, or you can order another pair online, and then return the original pair. Multiple orders for exchange will be charged actual shipping on the subsequent pairs. Any products that are returned without exchange are subject to a 15% restock fee. Please try your shoes on a carpeted floor.

We cannot accept returns for shoes that show evidence of wear on the soles. Any clothing, including socks that have tags removed, can not be returned. Any clothing that has an odor such a cigarette smoke can not be returned.
